A:Shipping and temporary storage for up to 1 month at room temperature has no detrimental effects on the quality of Solis BioDyne`s Taq DNA polymerases. Routine is still storage: -20ºC.

Q: Is it possible to divide guaranteed 1 month at room temperature in shorter periods or will the activity go down after first exposure to room temperature?
A: Guaranteed stability for one month can also be divided in several shorter periods and the days of exposure to room temperature should sum up to 30 or less all together. Enzymes remain fully active after undergoing up to 30 freeze and thaw cycles within their shelf life.
Q: Who are your customers and where are they located?
A: Our reagents are used by many researchers and biotechnology companies worldwide. We are happy to have customers in leading scientific institutes in Austria, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, UK, USA and elsewhere.
Q: Do you offer free samples of your products?
A: We offer free samples of our entire product range. The customer is asked only to pay a transportation cost of EUR 35. This transportation cost will be deducted from the first purchase order. Please read more about our sample policy from here.
Q: How are your products shipped and how much does delivery cost?
A: Our products are shipped via courier service DHL. If you have a contract with another courier service, we will be pleased to use the company of your choice.
Shipping cost for orders exceeding €1000 will be covered by Solis BioDyne. Starting from order value €200 shipping cost €35 will apply. For product orders smaller than € 200 shipping cost €50 will apply. Shipping cost will be added to the invoice. Q: Do additives like reaction buffers and MgCl2 come with the product or do I have to buy them separately?
A: All necessary additives are supplied with our products free of charge. You will find it specified under each product on product pages.
Q: Do you ship outside of EU?
A: Yes, we have a broad network of distributors all over the world. Feel free to send us a request to enquire about the fastest way of delivery to your region.
Q: What are the customs duties on your products outside EU?
Custom regulations and duties vary from country to another. Please check with your local customs and refer to this document about customs regulations before ordering.
